Torta di Mele (Apple Cake) – Pasta (Dough)

• 150g granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 100g unsalted butter, softened
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt
• 60ml milk
