Pane D’avena Senza Farina

Ingredients:

  • 300g rolled oats
  • 250ml water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for a hint of sweetness)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Seeds for garnish (sesame, flaxseed, or sunflower seeds are great)
