- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
- Blend the Oats:
- Place the rolled oats in a blender or food processor and blend until they reach a fine, flour-like consistency.
- Prepare the Batter:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground oats, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add water, olive oil, and honey or maple syrup if using. Stir until all ingredients are well combined, forming a thick batter.
- Pour into the Pan:
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. Sprinkle seeds on top if desired.
- Bake:
- Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. The bread should be golden and firm to the touch.
- Cool and Serve:
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a cooling rack. Slice and enjoy!
