Pane D’avena Senza Farina

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
  2. Blend the Oats:
    • Place the rolled oats in a blender or food processor and blend until they reach a fine, flour-like consistency.
  3. Prepare the Batter:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground oats, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
    • Add water, olive oil, and honey or maple syrup if using. Stir until all ingredients are well combined, forming a thick batter.
  4. Pour into the Pan:
    • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. Sprinkle seeds on top if desired.
  5. Bake:
    • Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. The bread should be golden and firm to the touch.
  6. Cool and Serve:
    • Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a cooling rack. Slice and enjoy!
