Ingredients
- For the Dough:
- 500 g (4 cups) all-purpose flour
- 80 g (1/3 cup) granulated sugar
- 1 packet (7 g) dry yeast
- 250 ml (1 cup) milk, lukewarm
- 100 g (7 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- For the Filling:
- 200 g (about 1 cup) fruit jam (apricot, raspberry, or your favorite)
- Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
