Ingredients

  • For the Dough:

    • 80 g (1/3 cup) granulated sugar
    • 1 packet (7 g) dry yeast
    • 250 ml (1 cup) milk, lukewarm
    • 100 g (7 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • For the Filling:
    • 200 g (about 1 cup) fruit jam (apricot, raspberry, or your favorite)
    • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
