  1. Prepare the Batter:
    • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.

    • In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
    • Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well combined.
  2. Fry the Cake:
    • In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat.
    • Pour a ladle of batter into the pan, spreading it evenly to form a round shape.
    • Cook until the edges start to turn golden and bubbles form on the surface (about 2-3 minutes).
    • Flip the cake carefully and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
  3. Repeat:
    • Repeat the frying process with the remaining batter, adding more oil as needed.
  4. Serve:
    • Once all the cakes are fried, dust them with powdered sugar before serving.
