  • 4 medium apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional)

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a round cake pan.
  2. Prepare the Batter:
    • In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

    • Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are soft and the sauce has thickened.
    • Mash the apples with a fork or blend for a smoother sauce.
  7. Serve:
