Torta alla cannella Cannella

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Whisk Wet Ingredients: In another large bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the oil, milk, and vanilla extract, and continue mixing.
  4. Combine: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until smooth.
  5. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
