- Mix the ingredients:
- In a bowl, combine the crushed biscuits, melted white chocolate, cream cheese, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix until a firm, smooth dough forms.
- Shape the truffles:
- Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls (about the size of a walnut).
- Coat the truffles:
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar or shredded coconut, ensuring an even coating.
- Chill and serve:
- Place the tartufini on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
