Polpette al forno Quasi senza grassi!

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Mixture:
    • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, and parsley.
    • Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly – use your hands for the best result! If the mixture seems too dense, add a bit of milk or water to make it softer.
  3. Shape the Meatballs: Form small meatballs with your hands (around 1.5 inches in diameter) and place them on the baking sheet, leaving a bit of space between each one.
  4. Bake: Bake the meatballs in the oven for 20–25 minutes, or until they’re golden on the outside and cooked through.
