Pancake con Nutella

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients:
    • In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Combine Ingredients:
    • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.
  4. Cook Pancakes:
    • Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.
    • Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Serve:
    • Stack the pancakes on a plate and spread a generous layer of Nutella on top. You can add fresh fruits and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
