Frutta in gelatina

  1. Prepare the Gelatin:
    • In a medium saucepan, bring 500 ml of water (or juice) to a boil.
    • Once boiling, dissolve the flavored gelatin powder in the hot water, stirring continuously until completely dissolved.
    • Let it cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the Fruit:
    • Wash and peel (if necessary) the fruits. Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
    • Arrange the fruit pieces in a clear glass mold or individual serving cups for a beautiful presentation.
  3. Pour the Gelatin:
    • Pour the cooled gelatin mixture over the fruit, ensuring the fruit is well-covered.
    • If you want the gelatin to set in layers, allow the first layer to set slightly before adding another layer of fruit and pouring the remaining gelatin over it.
  4. Chill:
    • Refrigerate the gelatin for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
  5. Serve:
