Ciambelle allo yogurt senza cottura in fretta

  1. Prepare the Biscuit Base:
    • Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
  2. Make the Doughnut Mixture:
    • In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and condensed milk. Mix well until smooth.
    • Add the crushed biscuit crumbs and mix until fully combined. The mixture should be sticky and moldable.
  3. Shape the Doughnuts:
    • Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
    • Use your finger or the back of a spoon to create a hole in the center of each ball, forming the shape of a doughnut.
  4. Chill:
    • Place the shaped doughnuts on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Coat with Chocolate:
    • Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl using the microwave or a double boiler. Add a little milk to make it smooth and easy to dip.
    • Dip each chilled doughnut halfway into the melted chocolate, then place them back on the tray.
  6. Decorate:
    • Before the chocolate hardens, sprinkle the doughnuts with sprinkles or powdered sugar.
  7. Serve:
    • Let the chocolate set for a few minutes in the fridge, then serve and enjoy!
