- Prepare the Biscuit Base:
- Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
- Make the Doughnut Mixture:
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and condensed milk. Mix well until smooth.
- Add the crushed biscuit crumbs and mix until fully combined. The mixture should be sticky and moldable.
- Shape the Doughnuts:
- Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
- Use your finger or the back of a spoon to create a hole in the center of each ball, forming the shape of a doughnut.
- Chill:
- Place the shaped doughnuts on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Coat with Chocolate:
- Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl using the microwave or a double boiler. Add a little milk to make it smooth and easy to dip.
- Dip each chilled doughnut halfway into the melted chocolate, then place them back on the tray.
- Decorate:
- Before the chocolate hardens, sprinkle the doughnuts with sprinkles or powdered sugar.
- Serve:
- Let the chocolate set for a few minutes in the fridge, then serve and enjoy!
