Casseruola di uova al formaggio

  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Whisk the Eggs: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add the Mix-ins: Stir in cheddar cheese, mozzarella, bacon or sausage (if using), green onions, and vegetables. Mix until evenly combined.
  4. Pour & Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden. Insert a toothpick to ensure it comes out clean.
  6. Cool & Serve: Let the casserole cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing into squares. Serve warm and enjoy!
