Crostate Di Noci E Caramello

Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 250 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 125 g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 80 g (1/3 cup) sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1-2 tbsp cold water

For the filling:

  • 200 g (1 cup) sugar
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) heavy cream
  • 50 g (1/4 cup) unsalted butter
  • 150 g (1 1/2 cups) walnuts, roughly chopped
