Ingredients
For the crust:
- 250 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
- 125 g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 80 g (1/3 cup) sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1-2 tbsp cold water
For the filling:
- 200 g (1 cup) sugar
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) heavy cream
- 50 g (1/4 cup) unsalted butter
- 150 g (1 1/2 cups) walnuts, roughly chopped
