Torta al Limone (Lemon Cake)

• 100g butter (softened)
• 3 eggs
• 150ml milk
• Zest and juice of 2 lemons
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• Powdered sugar for decoration
