For the Base:
- 200g flour
- 100g sugar
- 100g butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
For the Milk Cream:
- 500ml whole milk
- 100g sugar
- 50g cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200ml heavy cream, whipped
For the Strawberry Jelly:
- 200g strawberries, pureed
- 50g sugar
- 10g gelatin sheets or 1 tsp powdered gelatin
- 50ml water
