- Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Seafood
- Season the shrimp, crab meat, and salmon with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the shrimp and salmon until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Add crab meat towards the end just to warm through. Remove seafood from the skillet and set aside.

- In the same skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Combine & Serve
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing it in the creamy sauce.
- Return the seafood to the skillet and mix everything gently to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
