  1. Cook the Pasta
    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Seafood
    • Season the shrimp, crab meat, and salmon with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the shrimp and salmon until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Add crab meat towards the end just to warm through. Remove seafood from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Make the Alfredo Sauce
    • In the same skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
    • Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
    • Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  4. Combine & Serve
    • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing it in the creamy sauce.
    • Return the seafood to the skillet and mix everything gently to combine.
    • Garnish with fresh parsley.
